A $650.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit (due within 5 days of booking) will hold the home. Other half due upon arrival..$1000.00 damage/cleaning deposit collected on arrival & refunded upon departure after final inspection of home. The following dates are not available:6/29-7/6, 7/31-8/2(There are 4 days at beginning of the week available), 8/3-8/10
